Revised Banking Facilities
office2office plc (the Group) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of negotiations to extend and increase the Group's existing £41.2m banking and invoice discount facilities with Royal Bank of Scotland plc. The revised facilities of £48.0m mature in June 2015 and are based on competitive terms, interest rates and arrangement fees. They provide additional headroom and a two year extension on funding to 2015, giving the Group further flexibility and certainty, albeit that the annual charge will increase by c. £0.6m.
