office2office plc (o2o or the Group), the managed procurement and business critical services group, announces that Stephen (Steve) McKeever, Chief Operating Officer, has joined the Board with immediate effect.
Steve, age 46, joined o2o in December 2007 as Chief Information Officer with responsibility for the Group’s IT function. As the business transformed into a managed services operation, he assumed additional responsibility for o2o’s integrated supply chain, encompassing warehousing, distribution and procurement activity. Since October 2009 and, until very recently, Steve acted as temporary Managing Director of the Group’s BPO activity, overseeing the integration of our recent acquisition, The Print Factory, with AccessPlus.
Until November 2007, Steve was a director of Johnson Group Management Services Ltd, holding both IT and operations director roles within the group’s operating divisions, where he gained valuable experience in retail, B2B services and facilities management. Prior to this, he was employed by Deloitte Haskins & Sells and served in the Royal Navy.

He has gained significant experience and knowledge of o2o and already has a track record of achievement within the Group having led many initiatives and taken responsibility for a number of different functions. As the Group has been repositioned as a managed services business and with a number of strategic projects in progress, we believe that the Board’s effectiveness will be enhanced by Steve’s operating experience.”
