Our strategy

o2o has grown significantly since its formation in 2000, as a result of both organic growth and acquisitions and has been transformed into a leading managed services business.

o2o delivers managed procurement and business critical services to its customers under its five trading brands, each of which is focused on different market sectors and / or offers distinctly different services:

  • Banner Business Services, which has been at the core of o2o for many years, is a market leader for the managed procurement of office and business products for large private and public sector customers;
  • Accord is our managed procurement brand that trades alongside Banner but in the mid-market sector;
  • Banner Managed Communication provides customers with a complete solution for creative design,data solutions, campaign delivery and print management services;
  • Banner Document Services provides its customers with both on-site and off-site secure document destruction services, whilst ensuring that as much of the waste material as possible is recycled; and
  • Truline's managed supply chain provides its customers with a complete end-to-end supply chain service, or they can choose individual elements to suit their needs.

o2o’s strategy is to deliver profitable growth by maximising the opportunities to sell the Group’s portfolio of business services into its existing customer base. The Group now has the right infrastructure and distribution footprint relative to its size and aims to capitalise on this efficient operating structure through the use of centralised purchasing, logistics and back-office functions. As a result, it is well placed to take advantage of improved economic conditions as they emerge.
