Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is relevant across all aspects of o2o’s business and to commit to responsible business practices is one of our key objectives.
o2o’s approach to CSR is underpinned by the corporate social responsibility policy. The Board believes that an important factor in our long-term success will be to ensure that the activities of the Group are carried out in a responsible way that produces benefits for all our stakeholders.
Employees are regarded as fundamental to the continued success of the Group and are provided with a challenging yet rewarding working environment. The nature of the Group’s business activities brings with it environmental protection obligations that the Group monitors closely to ensure compliance with its environmental management system and ISO 14001 certification at certified sites.
The Group works in partnership with certain customers to ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, that our sourcing of products meets minimum standards of corporate social responsibility, for example, regarding employment and safety practices of suppliers and contractors.
