History

o2o is committed to delivering value for money through relevant products and tailored services in the UK and Republic of Ireland markets.

o2o was formed to acquire Banner Business Supplies Limited (‘BBSL’) which, up until 1996, had been a division of Her Majesty’s Stationery Office (HMSO) and thereafter The Stationery Office (TSO). In December 2000, o2o acquired BBSL in a management buy-in / buy-out financed by funds managed by Gresham LLP. office2office plc was listed on the main London Stock Exchange in June 2004.

The company has enjoyed significant and profitable growth since that time, driven by a combination of competitive prices, first rate service and proactive account management.

Banner Business Supplies Ltd changed its name to Banner Business Services Ltd on 1 January 2009 to more accurately reflect its wider business offering.
